Busy Luke

Luke likes helping. ❤️. He wanted to bake donuts for fun and he did a great job of it. He also did the first lawn mowing of the season. Dad was away at meetings, and Luke wanted so much to please him with diagonal lines and a nearly perfect lawn.  He was quite discouraged when after hours of work, the lawn looked chopped up and the piles of cut grass were huge, wet and heavy. He thought he had failed. 😢

He cheered up again after a very healthy dose of praise and encouragement from both parents. It’s always wet and heavy at the first cut!
